Roles and Responsibilities
As an Executive in Production (Mammalian), you will play a key role in upstream bioprocessing and manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling upstream mammalian manufacturing processes
- Preparing and reviewing GMP documents such as SOPs, BPRs, and validation protocols
- Operating disposable, stainless steel, and glass bioreactors
- Performing media fill, inoculum transfer, and subculture operations
- Executing media preparation, CIP (Clean-In-Place), and SIP (Sterilization-In-Place)
- Conducting in-process monitoring and sample analysis
- Maintaining equipment and facility related to cell culture and media preparation
- Coordinating with QC, QA, Engineering, Warehouse, MSAT, and R&D teams
- Supporting equipment and process qualification activities
