Experience: 5 to 7 years (Plant Supply Planning – PPIC)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Roles & Responsibilities
EHS Department
- Handle EHS department operations independently
- Manage EHS QMS systems
- Supervise ETP/STP operations
- Handle hazardous waste management
- Coordinate with government authorities and manage compliance returns
Engineering Department
- Perform process maintenance activities
- Handle engineering QMS including change control systems
- Manage utility operations and plant maintenance
- Oversee HVAC and water system operations
- Handle deviations, CAPA, investigations, and qualifications
- Troubleshoot QC and Micro department equipment like stability chambers, incubators, autoclaves, and LAF systems
PPIC Department
- Prepare and update demand vs commitment dashboards
- Plan and monitor monthly manufacturing schedules
- Prepare RCCP for future production planning
- Ensure raw material and packaging material availability
- Manage inventory for FG, SFG, RM & PM
- Align with QC for timely product release
