Job Description: Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) at ICON plc, you will be a key player in managing and monitoring clinical trials, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, and maintaining high standards of patient safety and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor clinical trials independently, ensuring adherence to protocols.
• Maintain study documentation and prepare accurate status reports.
• Resolve sponsor queries efficiently while ensuring cost-effective study execution.
• Collaborate with investigators, site staff, and stakeholders to ensure smooth trial operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with ICON’s procedures and global clinical research standards.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Medicine, Life Sciences, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical trial processes.
• Excellent communication skills (English) – both written and verbal.
• Ability to travel 60% (domestic & international) with a valid driver’s license.
• Strong analytical skills to review and evaluate medical data.
