Positions Available
1. SPE – Case Processing Associate
Experience: 2–5 years listed for the grade; 1–2 years of safety case processing experience required in the detailed eligibility criteria.
Responsibilities:
- Book-in and complete safety case data entry.
- Write case narratives and I-Narratives.
- Perform medical and product coding.
- Conduct self-checks using online QC tools.
- Perform unblinding when required.
- Handle case routing, case lock, and closure where applicable.
- Perform labeling, including USPI labeling.
2. SME – QC/Post-Lock Case Processing Quality Review Associate
Experience: 2+ years of safety case processing or quality review experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality checks of fatal and serious cases.
- Track daily quality metrics related to case-processing defects.
- Communicate quality metrics to case processing associates.
- Discuss corrective actions to address errors.
- Ensure the quality of case-processing deliverables.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Candidates must meet the experience requirements for their chosen position.
- Educational Qualification: Graduate, postgraduate, or doctorate degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or an equivalent discipline.
- SPE Experience: 1–2 years of pharmacovigilance safety case processing experience.
- SME Experience: 2+ years of safety case processing or quality review experience.
- Relevant Safety Databases: Veeva Safety and Argus.
- Language Requirement: Fluency in English.
