Key Responsibilities
- Operate and support OSD formulation production and packing equipment as per assigned area.
- Handle manufacturing or packing activities related to granulation, wurster coating, compression, coating, blister, bottle packing, capsule filling or inspection.
- Follow shift operations, production instructions and documentation practices as required at the site.
- Maintain compliance with quality, safety and operational requirements during routine production activities.
- Support machine operation, line clearance, inspection and related shop-floor activities based on departmental assignment.
Required Qualifications
ITI / Diploma / D.Pharm / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc
Experience Required
2-8 years
Candidates currently working in Technical Contract Services / NAPS with formulation production experience are also eligible to attend.

- Granulation / Wurster Coating: RMG, FBP, FBD, Wurster coating, Roll Compactor, Blender
- Compression: Hata, Fette, Korsch, Killian & Cadmach
- Coating: Ohara, Glatt, ACG smart, Sejong, Gansons, Bectochem & Bohle Coater
- Packing – Blister: Cartonator, Uhlmann, BQS, IMA PG, B45, Hicart
- Packing – Bottle: CVC, Pharmapack, Countec, Labeling, IMA A200, Cartonator
- Capsule Filling / Inspection: AF90T, AF150T, ZRO 200, TTS, Hartnett Printing, Band Sealing, ACG, Checkweighers, Sensum, Tam Print, Encapsulation, Pressfit
