SunKnowledge is conducting a walk-in recruitment drive for Management Trainee / Process Associate – US Medical Billing in Kolkata. The opportunity is open to freshers and experienced candidates who meet the educational and communication requirements. The role involves medical billing, insurance verification, claims management, and coordination with US healthcare professionals and insurance payers.

Job Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• End-to-End Medical Billing: Patient demographic entry, medical coding, claims submission, and payment posting.
• Insurance Verification: Checking patient eligibility and obtaining prior authorizations before treatment.
• Denial and Accounts Receivable Management: Tracking rejected claims, filing appeals, and following up with US insurance payers.
• Healthcare Coordination: Communicating with US doctors, patients, and insurance companies through calls, live chats, and emails.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum 12th pass.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Communication: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
• Academic Requirement: Candidates currently pursuing a regular/full-time academic course are not eligible.
• Experience Verification: Candidates claiming experienced salary slabs must provide a valid offer letter and release/relieving letter. Employment lasting less than one full year will be treated under the fresher slab.

Salary and Benefits

• Gross salary: ₹15,000 per month.
• In-hand salary: ₹13,800 per month after PF and ESIC deductions.
• Attendance bonus: ₹1,000 per month for zero absenteeism.
• Loyalty bonus: ₹15,000 in total, paid in three installments:
  • Third month: ₹2,000
  • Sixth month: ₹3,000
  • First year: ₹10,000
• Food: Corporate meals available at ₹35 per day.
• Transport: Company-provided home drop after 12:00 AM, subject to specified route boundaries.
• Travel allowance: ₹2,500 per month for candidates opting out of the company drop facility.

Company Transport Boundaries

The company drop facility is available up to the following locations:

• North Kolkata: Madhyamgram Chowmatha on the Barasat line; Sodepur on the Barrackpore line.
• Other North Areas: Dakshineswar, Bally, and Bally Halt.
• West Kolkata / Howrah: Howrah Station, Howrah Maidan, and Mandirtala.
• South Kolkata: Behala Chowrasta, Taratala Auto Stand, Garia Station, and Dhalai Bridge.
• East Kolkata / New Town: Sapoorji.
• West-Central / Port Area: Khidirpur (Fancy Market).

Candidates living beyond these boundaries must arrange their own commute.
