Roles & Responsibilities
Production Filling
- Execution of production planning and filling activities
- Handling of cGMP, SOP, and preventive maintenance tasks
- Operation of aseptic media fills and filtration processes
- Working with equipment like autoclaves, QMS systems, and lyophilizers
- Performing CIP, SIP, IQ, OQ, PQ activities
- Managing depyrogenation and HPHV steam sterilization
- Operating vial filling and sealing machines
- Supporting formulation and production operations
Labelling & Packing
- Supervision of labelling and packing processes
- Operating labelling machines and track & trace systems
- Ensuring proper documentation and QMS compliance
- Performing manual visual inspection
- Handling packaging equipment and processes efficiently
