Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute sterile product manufacturing in a cGMP-compliant cleanroom environment
- Follow master batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Handle filling machines such as BFS and FFS systems
- Perform aseptic operations and ensure accurate documentation
- Operate manufacturing equipment and maintain process accuracy
- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize equipment and work areas
- Support activities like autoclaving and filter integrity testing
- Report deviations and implement corrective actions
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in sterile production areas
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or B.Sc. in relevant science field
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Knowledge of cGMP and sterile processes preferred
- Ability to work in cleanroom environments
- Good documentation and communication skills
