Position: Scientist I/II – Selections Team
Join our Selections Team and make a significant impact in therapeutic discovery! As a Scientist I/II, you’ll help advance our proprietary display technologies, construct new libraries, and perform selections to discover groundbreaking therapeutics. This collaborative role will allow you to work closely with experts in informatics, immunology, and chemistry.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and construct new molecular libraries
- Optimize and evolve proprietary display technologies
- Conduct selections for discovering therapeutic agents
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including data analysis, immunology, and chemistry specialists
Qualifications
- PhD degree with 0–1 years of industry experience
- Strong knowledge of molecular biology techniques such as:
- PCR/qPCR
- RNA/DNA extraction
- Molecular cloning
- Mammalian cell transfection and maintenance
- Experience in protein purification, including:
- Affinity column purification
- SDS-PAGE gel analysis
- Western blotting
- Gel electrophoresis
- Affinity selection experience (Phage Display, mRNA Display, DEL) is highly desirable
