1. Team Member – Production/Manufacturing

• Experience: 2–6 Years
• Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Engineering
• Key Skills: Handling filling operations of PFS, cartridges, liquid vials, compounding, aseptic area operations, exposure to isolators, lyophilizers, tunnels, and autoclaves.

2. Team Member – Engineering

• Experience: 4–10 Years
• Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical, Instrumentation)
• Key Skills: Maintenance of manufacturing and filling machines, automation engineering, PLC/SCADA programming, process control, project management, troubleshooting.

3. Team Member – IPQA

• Experience: 3–8 Years
• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc
• Key Skills: Line clearance, BMR review, aseptic practices, risk assessment, deviation handling, change control, CAPA.

4. Team Member – Bioassay

• Experience: 3–8 Years
• Qualification: M.Sc / M.Tech Biotech / B.Tech Biotech
• Key Skills: Cell-based assays, peptide bioassays, Mab bioassays, biochemical tests (ELISA, PCR, PRI), experience in cGMP & GDP environments.
