The Quality & Regulatory Leadership Program is a development program designed for individuals interested in building careers in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs.

The program consists of three business-critical assignments, each lasting eight months, across GE HealthCare’s Quality & Regulatory organization.

Responsibilities:

• Work across Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs functions.
• Gain exposure to Product Surveillance and Complaint Handling.
• Participate in Production & Process Controls.
• Work on Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA).
• Gain experience in Design Controls and Product Quality.
• Understand Quality Management System (QMS) Compliance.
• Gain exposure to Global Audit activities.
• Participate in mentoring, team-building and career development opportunities.

Eligibility and Qualifications:

• Master’s or graduate degree required.
• Target graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027.

The internship involves working on projects that may require independent decision-making. Projects generally have a duration of 6 to 12 months.

Responsibilities:

• Work on projects requiring independent decision-making.
• Handle assigned aspects of full-time job responsibilities within the relevant function.
• Work on engineering-related assignments, including software coding where applicable.

Eligibility and Qualifications:

• Recent graduate from a Bachelor’s or technical program in the relevant function.
• Minimum GPA equivalent of 3.0 or CGPA of 7.
