Rubicon Research is Hiring for Technology Transfer/MSAT OSD Roles

Rubicon Research Limited is conducting walk-in interviews for its Technology Transfer / MSAT Solid Orals (OSD) team at Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh. The hiring is for candidates who can support the successful transfer of new products from R&D to commercial manufacturing and contribute to robust, compliant and scalable OSD production.

The walk-in is open for two experience levels: Officer / Sr. Officer – Technology Transfer and Executive – Technology Transfer. Candidates should review the role-wise eligibility and attend the interview at the venue mentioned below.

1. Officer / Sr. Officer – Technology Transfer

Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review technology transfer documents, protocols, checklists and manufacturing instructions.
• Coordinate SAMWED documentation for scale-up, exhibit and validation batches.
• Ensure transfer of CPPs, CQAs and process controls from development to commercial scale.
• Perform scale-up calculations and monitor batch execution including scale-up, exhibit and validation.
• Evaluate batch data, yields and machine performance.
• Collaborate with R&D, F&D, Production, QA, QC, Warehouse and Engineering.
• Handle QMS workflows including change controls, deviations and risk assessments.
• Support regulatory audits including USFDA and MHRA with technical data.

Qualifications

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Pharmaceutics preferred

Key Skills and Experience Required

• Strong understanding of OSD unit operations including granulation, blending, compression, coating and encapsulation.
• Proficiency in scale-up calculations, process yields and equipment capacities.
• Knowledge of QMS, change control, deviation management and risk assessment.
• Ability to compile validation protocols, reports and summary reports.
• Good cross-functional communication and coordination skills.
• Readiness to work in rotational shifts.
• Familiarity with SAMWED or other pharma ERP systems is preferred.

2. Executive – Technology Transfer

Job Overview
