Job Description: Analyst Trainee
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide first-line technical support to clients, troubleshooting IT issues.
✅ Log and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
✅ Diagnose and resolve hardware & software problems.
✅ Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues.
✅ Maintain knowledge base articles for efficient problem-solving.

Who Can Apply?
🎓 2022, 2023, or 2024 graduates with a 3-year full-time degree in:
