Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor clinical study sites to ensure compliance with GCP, SOPs, and study protocols.
- Conduct site feasibility, qualification, initiation, and close-out activities (remotely/on-site).
- Support Ethics Committee submissions and maintain Trial Master Files (TMF).
- Build strong relationships with investigators and site staff.
- Assist in data query resolution with Clinical Data Management teams.
- Review and follow up on site payments and documentation.
- Collaborate in protocol development, CRF design, and regulatory submissions.
- Experience in Phase clinical trials and Patient-Based PK Studies is preferred.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biology, Biotechnology, or Biochemistry.
- Diploma in Clinical Research is a plus.
- Experience: 3 – 6 years in clinical trial operations.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in EDC systems and MS Office.
- Strong data analysis and medical terminology understanding.
- Behavioral Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
