About the Role

The IP Renewals Analyst will support Clarivate’s Global Renewals team in processing renewal-related activities for clients’ intellectual property portfolios.

The role involves reviewing renewal cases, interpreting client requests, following established work instructions, handling exceptions, submitting completed work for quality checks and communicating completion to supervisors or clients.

The position also provides opportunities to identify process improvement opportunities, including process gaps and operational waste.

Responsibilities

As an IP Renewals Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing activities related to the renewal of clients’ IP rights.
• Processing allocated work according to work instructions and client requirements.
• Reviewing case status through relevant renewal systems.
• Interpreting client requests and taking appropriate action.
• Handling exceptions according to established procedures.
• Forwarding completed outputs for quality checking.
• Acknowledging completion of assigned work to supervisors or clients.
• Meeting agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
• Identifying process gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting implementation of appropriate process improvements.
• Collaborating with internal teams, regional stakeholders, customers and agents.
