Job Title: Research Associate – Synthesis R&D
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Organic Synthesis and Multi-step Synthesis projects
- Handle reactions ranging from milligram to gram scale
- Apply knowledge of isolation, separation & purification techniques
- Characterize and identify organic molecules using spectroscopy techniques such as NMR, IR, LCMS, and HPLC
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Maintain a strong work ethic with positive and confident communication skills
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Organic Synthesis / Multi-step Synthesis expertise
- Proficiency in handling reactions on a small to large scale
- Skilled in using NMR, IR, LCMS, and HPLC for molecular characterization
- Strong team player with excellent communication abilities
