Roles & Responsibilities
As an Executive in ADL, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and validating analytical methods using HPLC, GC, and IC techniques
- Performing feasibility studies, verification, and equivalency testing
- Handling complex OSD, oncology, and topical product analysis
- Conducting dissolution development and comparative studies
- Preparing statistical evaluations and analytical reports
- Operating and maintaining analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, and IC
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines like ICH, EMEA, and FDA
- Performing calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment
Required Qualifications & Skills
Candidates applying for this role must meet the following criteria:
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) or Science (M.Sc)
- 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in ADL or analytical research
- Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and instrumentation
- Familiarity with USP, EP, BP, JP standards
- Experience in regulatory environments (India, semi-regulated, regulated markets)
- Good documentation and reporting skills
