Job Description – Executive, IPQA
Biological E. Limited is hiring experienced and dynamic candidates for the position of Executive – IPQA at its USFDA-approved plant in Shamirpet, Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Line Clearances: Provide line clearances during key manufacturing activities including dispensing, manufacturing, visual inspection, packing, and dispatch.
- Sample Collection: Collect and submit various samples such as in-process, finished product, stability, control, and cleaning samples as per the relevant procedures and batch manufacturing records.
- AQL Inspection: Perform Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) inspections and periodic inspections of control samples.
- Record Review: Review executed batch manufacturing records, batch packing records, and related protocols.
- Visual Inspection: Prepare and evaluate defect sets, test sets, and qualify visual inspectors for inspection.
