Roles & Responsibilities
Drug Substance (Bioprocess)
- Handling upstream processes such as cell culture and fermentation
- Operating autoclaves and maintaining sterile conditions
- Managing downstream processes including virus culture
- Performing centrifugation, purification, and TFF (Tangential Flow Filtration)
- Executing chromatography techniques
Drug Product (Formulation & Filling)
- Performing formulation activities
- Handling vial filling (Vials, BFS, PFS systems)
- Working in controlled environments like C-RABS, O-RABS, and isolators
- Conducting sealing and capping operations
- Managing vial washing and sterilization processes
Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / Graduation / Post Graduation in relevant fields
- Strong experience in injectable or vaccine manufacturing
- Ability to work in shifts as required
