Job Description: Trainee, Quality Control
Apotex is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Trainee, Quality Control to join its team in Bangalore. This role is critical to ensuring the quality and compliance of pharmaceutical products through rigorous analysis and adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and report analysis of In-Process samples, Cleaning Verification, Validation, Finished Products, Stability, and other samples.
- Ensure timely completion of analysis and accurate data documentation.
- Maintain compliance with cGLP (Good Laboratory Practices) and cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
- Collect, manage, and maintain laboratory samples and related records.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure the smooth functioning of the laboratory.
- Adhere to safety, regulatory, and compliance requirements at all times.
- Support Senior Executives, Assistant Managers, and Managers in daily laboratory operations.
- Demonstrate organizational values: Collaboration, Courage, Perseverance, and Passion.
- Ensure compliance with Global Business Ethics, Quality policies, Safety and Environment policies, and HR policies.
Job Requirements:
- Education: MSc, B.Pharma, or equivalent degree.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical industry.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in database management systems like Empower and LIMS.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Expertise in cGDP (Good Documentation Practices) and cGLP.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
