Responsibilities in Job

As a Senior Clinical Data Associate at Advanced Clinical, you will:

  • Exceed the expectations of a Clinical Data Associate by taking on advanced responsibilities.
  • Assist in the creation of critical startup documents, such as Data Management Plans (DMP), Edit Check Specifications, and electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs).
  • Perform user acceptance testing and support electronic data capture (EDC) module integrations.
  • Conduct thorough data reviews for consistency, completeness, and accuracy.
  • Generate and respond to manual queries, ensuring seamless data resolution processes.
  • Reconcile serious adverse events (SAEs) and external vendor data as required.
  • Identify data trends and implement corrective actions collaboratively.
  • Perform user account management and EDC archival tasks.
  • Review quality control processes and metrics reporting to ensure data integrity.
  • Provide guidance on departmental and company procedures.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

  • A minimum of 3 years of direct data management experience in the pharmaceutical development or CRO environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but work experience may be considered).
  • Proficiency in CDASH standards and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities with meticulous attention to detail.

Skills

  • Advanced understanding of clinical data management processes.
  • Familiarity with EDC systems, eCRF design, and data reconciliation techniques.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and propose actionable solutions.
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills to work effectively across departments.
