Roles and Responsibilities
Formulation and Filling Officer / Executive
• Operate and maintain vessels, filtration units, autoclaves, vial washing machines and dehydrogenation tunnels
• Ensure compliance with GMP requirements during manufacturing operations
• Monitor and control critical process parameters to maintain product quality and consistency
Quality Control (Product Testing) Officer / Executive
• Perform cell-based assays, virus titration, RT-PCR and immunochemical assays
• Handle analytical instruments including pH meter, analytical balance, Karl Fischer apparatus, real-time PCR systems and ELISA equipment
• Support bacterial vaccine in-process testing, drug substance and drug product testing activities
Plant Operator (Ampoule / Vial / PFS / Filling & Formulation)
• Operate equipment used in washing, sterilization, filling and lyophilization processes
• Maintain GMP compliance during manufacturing operations
• Record batch data and coordinate with Quality Assurance teams
• Support troubleshooting activities during production
Eligibility Criteria
• Candidates should possess the required educational qualifications for the respective position.
• Applicants must have 2 to 7 years of relevant pharmaceutical, vaccine manufacturing or quality control experience.
• Knowledge of GMP practices and regulated manufacturing environments is desirable.
