Tooba Pharma is Hiring FRESHERS for QA & Production Trainee Job

Tooba Pharmaceuticals Private Limited, a WHO-GMP certified API and bulk drugs manufacturer, is conducting a walk-in interview for trainee positions at its Paithan facility in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra. The openings are suitable for freshers who want to build practical exposure in API and bulk drugs manufacturing, production operations, QA documentation, cGMP practices, safety systems and plant-level coordination.

The walk-in is scheduled for Thursday, 29/10/2026 at 11:00 AM. Freshers will be preferred. Candidates should bring all original documents at the time of interview and should be willing to work in shifts and on a rotation shift system.

1. QA & Production Trainee

Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Production planning, scheduling and coordination with QA, QC, Stores and other departments.
• Preparation, maintenance and review of production related documents including BMR, SOP, logbooks and checklists.
• GMP guidelines, regulatory requirements and compliance.
• Change control, deviation management, CAPA and OOS handling.
• Batch Manufacturing Record preparation, review and execution support.
• In-process documentation, batch tracking and production reporting.
• Material requirement planning and coordination with Stores and Purchase.
• Equipment usage records, cleaning documentation and maintenance support.
• Batch record review, data integrity including ALCOA+ and document control.
• Support in audits, regulatory documentation including DMF/CoA and vendor qualification.
• Understanding of safety, EHS and handling of solvents and hazardous materials.
• Exposure to API manufacturing processes including reactors, filtration, drying, distillation and packing.
• Teamwork, communication and coordination skills.
• Personality and professional development.

Qualifications

• B.Pharm freshers.
• M.Pharm freshers.

Experience Required

Freshers will be preferred.

2. Production Officer Trainee

Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Operation of production equipment and plant processes.
• Handling of Stainless Steel Reactors and Glass Lined Reactors.
• Operation of centrifuges, sparkler filters and Buchner filters.
• Rotary Cone Vacuum Dryer, tray dryers, Vacuum Tray Dryers and VTD.
• Milling machines, sifters and material handling.
• Process operations including reflux, distillation, filtration and drying.
• In-process control and documentation.
• Training on SOP, cGMP and safety practices.
• Handling of solvents, hazardous materials and EHS training.
• Exposure to plant facility and its utilities.
• Equipment cleaning and maintenance basics.
• Teamwork and production planning.
• Corporate behavior development.
• Personality development.

Qualifications

• B.Pharm.
• B.Sc.
• M.Sc. Organic Chemistry.
• BE Chemical.

Experience Required
