Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Pharmacovigilance/Drug Safety domain.
- Research and identify potential clients, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, and healthcare companies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to prepare suitable service proposals and presentations.
- Follow up with prospective clients through email, calls, meetings, and other professional channels.
- Coordinate with internal Pharmacovigilance, Medical Affairs, QA, and Operations teams to understand service capabilities and respond to client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and business development activities.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates should have a background in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or related fields.
Experience Required
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development or Client Acquisition.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Good understanding of Pharmacovigilance and Drug Safety services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and business development activities when required.
