Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and formatting of clinical trial documents, including protocols, investigator brochures, informed consent forms and study reports.
- Support medical writers and medical leads in reviewing documents for accuracy, clarity and compliance with applicable guidelines.
- Ensure documents align with regulatory, ethical and medical standards under guidance.
- Help coordinate document review cycles and track feedback from cross-functional teams such as clinical operations, data management and regulatory affairs.
- Assist in compiling documents and materials for regulatory submissions, such as INDs and NDAs, under supervision.
- Support ongoing clinical trials by assisting with documentation related to safety data, medical queries and protocol amendments.
- Participate in literature searches and summarize scientific and clinical information.
- Maintain version control and documentation records in compliance with quality and internal standards.
- Stay updated on basic clinical research guidelines, medical writing standards and therapeutic area knowledge.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports and client-facing materials.
- Adhere to patient safety, data confidentiality and ethical research practices at all times.
