Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Validate and review prescriptions (Rx) and over-the-counter (OTC) orders.
- Communicate with customers to gather additional information for efficient order processing.
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely replenishment and optimal stock levels.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Conduct quality checks during the packing and dispensing of medications.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and state regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (D. Pharma or B. Pharma).
- Experience: 0 – 1 Years
- License: Valid pharmacist license for the state of Karnataka.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts and weekends as required.
