Key Responsibilities
As a Research Assistant II at EVERSANA, you will:
- Conduct systematic and targeted literature reviews.
- Support indirect treatment comparison feasibility assessments.
- Perform landscape and gap analyses.
- Develop research protocols and research questions.
- Prepare protocols for registration platforms such as PROSPERO.
- Define inclusion and exclusion criteria using the PICOS framework.
- Screen abstracts and full-text publications using DistillerSR and internal platforms.
- Create PRISMA flow diagrams for study selection reporting.
- Perform article abstraction and data extraction validation.
- Conduct risk-of-bias and study quality assessments.
- Perform quality control checks throughout literature review projects.
- Draft scientific manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and reports.
- Participate in client meetings and project discussions.
- Mentor team members and support literature review training initiatives.
- Assist in SOP development and best practice implementation.
