Roles and Responsibilities

ADL Department

• Perform analytical method development and validation activities.
• Execute assay, related substances, dissolution, and solvent analysis.
• Handle calibration of analytical instruments including HPLC, GCHS, IR, UV, and Dissolution apparatus.
• Conduct routine analytical activities.
• Maintain analytical documentation and records.

Quality Control Department

• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as HPLC, Dissolution Apparatus, DT Apparatus, Weighing Balance, Friability Tester, Hardness Tester, FTIR, and UV Spectrophotometer.
• Analyze raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Participate in method validation and process validation activities.
• Investigate laboratory incidents, OOS, OOT, and analytical deviations.

Quality Control – Microbiology

• Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, water, and environmental monitoring samples.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and GMP requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of microbiological results.
• Support regulatory compliance activities.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess any of the following qualifications:

• B.Pharm
• M.Sc
• M.Sc (Microbiology)
• M.Sc (Biotechnology)

Applicants must have relevant pharmaceutical industry experience as specified for the respective positions.
