The selected candidates will work in a hybrid setup based in Bengaluru and will be involved in clinical trial documentation, study coordination, compliance, and data quality management.

Roles & Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing study documentation and Trial Master File (TMF/eTMF).
• Coordinating with investigator sites, sponsors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Tracking study progress, recruitment, safety, and data quality.
• Ensuring compliance with ICH GCP E6(R3), Indian regulations, and company SOPs.
• Supporting monitoring activities, query management, and safety reporting.
• Maintaining study trackers, dashboards, and status reports.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess a background in any of the following:

• Life Sciences
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Pharmacy)
• Nursing
• Biotechnology
• Other related Life Science disciplines

Additional requirements:

• 1–3 years of Clinical Research experience.
• CRO experience is preferred.
• Good understanding of ICH GCP E6(R3), NDCTR, and clinical trial processes.
• Experience with TMF, eISF, EDC, and CTMS systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
