Business Analyst – Customer Success
The Business Analyst works across client delivery, product, and engineering teams, managing requirements throughout the release lifecycle, coordinating implementation, validating outcomes, and supporting day-to-day platform operations.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering and Release Coordination
- Drive the Quarterly Release Review (QRR) process in collaboration with Customer Success and Product teams.
- Gather, refine, and clarify requirements with clients and partner teams.
- Prepare Product Scoping Documents, track timelines, and validate implementation outcomes.
- Coordinate requirements with implementation teams and identify delivery blockers early.
- Maintain relevant Jira fields and release documentation.
Platform and Release Management
- Monitor general and non-general platform releases.
- Configure relevant platform features as releases go live.
- Maintain Jira ticket status, fields, and traceability throughout the release cycle.
Client Engagement
- Communicate with client stakeholders through emails and calls.
- Follow up on open requirements and outstanding actions.
- Deliver product demonstrations covering features, enhancements, and upgrades.
Platform Operations
- Monitor the support portal and triage, resolve, or route tickets according to request type and priority.
- Manage user roles and permissions.
- Oversee dashboard access assignments and ongoing user administration.
