Job Description
The Executive – Quality Assurance role is focused on IPQA activities in manufacturing, packing and dispensing areas. The selected candidate will be responsible for line clearance, in-process checks, documentation review, sampling, compliance monitoring and quality system implementation in the production area.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform area and line clearance for Manufacturing, Packing and Dispensing activity in the production area.
- Conduct in-process checks in Manufacturing and Packing activity.
- Carry out inspection of dispensing activity intermediately.
- Verify weighing balance calibration activity on a daily basis.
- Verify environmental monitoring of raw material staging area and Manufacturing and Packing area.
- Check equipment cleanliness and area cleanliness during line clearance.
- Verify and review online Batch Manufacturing Records.
- Handle sampling of bulk stage, finished goods analysis and control sample.
- Verify production documents and review production records.
- Report and maintain daily nonconformance observations.
- Perform in-process quality checks in Tablet, Liquid, HNH and ANH manufacturing departments.
- Carry out sampling of validation samples including Process, Packaging and Cleaning, rinse and swab samples.
- Review Finished Goods verification activities.
- Provide on job training to new people working in the production area.
- Support Statistical Process Monitoring.
- Observe process deviations online and support effective implementation of CAPA.
- Execute requirements for food/Dietary supplements regulations for export market (US)-21 CFR Part 111.
- Ensure avoidance of breach of data integrity in the area.
- Implement effective sanitation program in the area.
- Impart required training to shop floor personnel.
- Adhere to EHS norms and implement QEHS policy and objectives.
- Support execution of initiatives suggested by corporate functions including SEEDS, Learning university and Quality mindset.
- Maintain customer centricity and document archival.
- Determine internal and external QEHS issues and monitor needs and expectations of relevant interested parties.
- Ensure participation and consultation of worker and use of PPE.
- Identify and communicate incidents and QEHS nonconformities, investigate them and take corrective actions.
- Ensure work permit system during maintenance activities.
- Implement QEHS continual improvement projects at site and monitor them.
- Ensure disposal of waste.
- Prevent improper workplace conditions.
- Report hazards, incidents, accidents and near miss cases.
- Prepare OH&S performance document.
- Conduct training of workmen’s related to OHSMS.
- Review and handle market complaints while ensuring the quality and integrity of all GXP data and documentation generated.
