Position
Product Support Trainee
The selected candidate will support production execution activities for global operations, maintain process quality, monitor scheduled production jobs, troubleshoot system issues, and assist with process enhancements and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute, monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate production processes.
- Report and rerun production processes according to the defined schedule.
- Provide first- and second-level support for mainframe infrastructure and its components.
- Participate in root cause analysis when required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation and procedures.
- Complete account checklist items and ensure appropriate sign-off.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, report, and resolve system-processing interruptions and hardware anomalies.
- Provide 24×7 production support, including escalation of abends.
- Implement immediate fixes for production abends according to documented procedures.
- Monitor daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly batch cycles.
- Report batch-processing statistics to clients.
- Ensure batch cycles finish within the scheduled time.
- Investigate long-running jobs and potential batch-job loop issues.
- Support quality assurance and reporting activities for EMEA and LATAM regions.
Eligibility and Qualifications
