1. Analyst – Pricing and Market Access Consulting
Location: Remote, India
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
- Conduct secondary research using internal databases, published literature, payer and health technology assessment (HTA) websites, and industry sources.
- Develop discussion guides, screeners, and other materials for primary research.
- Conduct interviews with global healthcare stakeholders, including payers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and patient groups.
- Prepare client-ready presentations with clear analytical structures and actionable insights.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support launch pricing, market access strategies, reimbursement, and value communication.
Eligibility and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Public Health, Health Economics, Economics, Engineering, or an MBA from a reputed institution.
- Two years of relevant experience in consulting, pharmaceutical market access, HEOR, competitive intelligence, or healthcare and life sciences research.
2. Analyst – Business and Competitive Intelligence

Experience: 6 months of experience
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential sales leads for the Business Development team.
- Analyze competitors, market conditions, business news, financial news, and industry developments.
- Research prospective biotech and pharmaceutical companies and their decision-makers.
- Develop outreach plans to support new and repeat business.
- Coordinate with Marketing teams to provide sales-support materials.
- Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) and sales enablement systems.
- Prepare regular activity reports and provide insights on pricing, competitiveness, and market positioning.
Eligibility and Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Support clinical data management activities from study start-up through post-database lock.
- Assist with CRF specifications, clinical database development, database testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Review clinical trial data, raise queries, and perform line-listing reviews.
- Maintain data management documentation and ensure appropriate version control.
- Support medical coding and adverse event (AE) and serious adverse event (SAE) reconciliation.

Responsibilities:
- Map payer, health plan, healthcare professional (HCP), and provider records into governed data hierarchies.
- Research and validate payer, plan, pharmacy benefit manager (PBM), and provider information.
- Assign confidence ratings, document mapping decisions, and review junior analysts’ work.
- Maintain data quality, data dictionaries, metadata, and data lineage.
- Conduct data profiling and recommend solutions for data quality issues.
- Develop data quality dashboards, scorecards, and reports.

Responsibilities:
- Perform flow cytometry and other immune assays.
- Design experiments, analyze data, and present scientific findings.
- Support assay development, validation, and execution.
- Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs).
