Job Title: Medical Writer II (QC of Regulatory Documents)

Key Responsibilities:
- QC review of regulatory documents, includingย protocols, CSRs, IBs, amendments, and safety reports.
- Write, edit, and formatย clinical study reports (CSRs), protocols, investigator brochures (IBs), and patient narratives.
- Ensure compliance withย ICH E3, FDA, and EMA guidelines, as well asย company/client templates.
- Coordinateย quality and editorial reviews, resolving client feedback efficiently.
- Peer-review internal documentsย for scientific accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Collaborate withย cross-functional teams (biostatistics, regulatory, clinical operations).
- Conductย literature searchesย and ensureย copyright compliance.
- Mentorย junior medical writersย and assist in training.
Required Skills & Experience:
โ Bachelorโs degree (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine); advanced degree preferred.
โ 2+ years of experience in medical/regulatory writing (protocols, CSRs, IBs).
โ Strong knowledge of FDA/ICH guidelines and AMA style.
โ Experience in pharma, CROs, or biotech preferred.
โ Excellent English grammar, editing, and scientific writing skills.
