The opportunities are based at Kothur, Ranga Reddy, Telangana, and are suitable for candidates with relevant qualifications in mechanical, electrical, pharmacy, biotechnology, biochemistry and related life sciences disciplines.

The drive includes openings from trainee level to senior executive level, with experience requirements ranging from freshers to 7 years depending on the department and role. Candidates should review the role-wise requirements below and attend the interview as per the schedule.

1. Trainee Engineer / Jr. Executive / Executive – Engineering

Job Overview

The Engineering role is open for candidates with Diploma or B.Tech qualification in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines. The profile covers process equipment maintenance, HVAC, electrical systems, and engineering water pre-treatment operations.

Responsibilities

• PROCESS: Hands on experience in Process Equipment’s preventive maintenance/breakdown maintenance, like Vial Filling line (Vial washing, Tunnel, Vial filling, Sealing, Mixing & Filtration vessels, Autoclaves and Lyophilizers) etc. Good knowledge on regulatory documentation, Equipment’s Qualification & Re qualification activities etc.
• HVAC: HVAC System operation and maintenance, AHU System operation and maintenance, PM Activities, HVAC Filter cleaning activities, Maintaining of Environmental conditions.
• ELECTRICAL: Experience in handling electrical shift operations like generators, transformers, pcc, mcc panels operation, Having basic electrical knowledge like 3phase, 1phase connections, MCB’s, Motors, Transformers, Generators.
• ENGINEERING WATER PRE TREATMENT: Responsible for operating and monitoring Pre-Treatment, Purified Water (PW), PSG, and WFI systems, including RO, UF, EDI, UV, and Ozone systems through SCADA/HMI interfaces. The role involves CIP, hot water and ozone sanitization, preventive and breakdown maintenance, routine inspection, and troubleshooting of water system equipment.

2. Jr. Officer / Officer / Executive – Production

Job Overview

The Production department is hiring candidates for plasma products manufacturing activities, including shift operations, filling operations, documentation, process equipment handling and shop floor coordination.

Responsibilities

• PFN: Follow shift schedule and production schedule, planning of shifts for the subordinate as per process requirement. Handling of plasma collection, sanitization, washing, cutting, pooling and thawing, plasma fractionation process steps.
• DSP: To involve in plasma products manufacturing, Handling of process related instruments and equipment’s in downstream process (DSP) Good communication and technical skill, GDP, Knowledge.
• DPM: Need knowledge on injectable drug product manufacturing. Good hands on the filling machine line, Aseptic Filling operations, Documentation, Shift activities handling, Material management, cGMP adherence.

3. Executive / Sr. Executive – Quality Assurance

Job Overview

The Quality Assurance role is focused on in-process quality assurance, batch manufacturing record review, QMS handling, and ensuring compliance during manufacturing and shop floor operations.

Responsibilities

• IPQA: Perform and monitor In-process Quality Assurance activities during the manufacturing process, Responsible to perform line clearance activities in different stages of drug substances manufacturing and Monitoring of cleanroom behavior, aseptic activities, BMR review. Preferred for biological experience.
• QMS: Handling, maintaining and implementation of QMS system and to ensure the compliance with regulatory standards, Responsible to reviewing, evaluating and identifying the action items/assignments of change controls, Incidents, self inspections, QRM, CAPAs and coordinate with cross functional departments for closure. Should have good knowledge in QMS procedures.

4. Officer / Executive – Quality Control

Job Overview

The Quality Control role is suitable for candidates experienced in laboratory testing, regulatory compliance and documentation related to plasma testing activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing using HPLC, UV spectrophotometry, Zone Electrophoresis, and Kjeldahl methods.
• Compliance: Follow WHO guidelines and cGMP rules for all plasma testing activities.
• Documentation: Follow GMP, GDP, and Data Integrity SOPs to maintain strict regulatory compliance.

• M.Sc-Biochemistry / Biotechnology / B.Pharmacy / B.Tech-Biotechnology

5. Jr. RA – Analytical Research & Development

Job Overview

The Analytical Research & Development role is for candidates with knowledge of biologics and proteins, including ELISA-based techniques. The role requires strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Should have basic knowledge on biologics/proteins with experience in handling Biochemical & ELISA based techniques.
• Should have good documentation and communication skills.
