Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and scientific review of manuscripts, congress abstracts, posters, slide decks, and literature reviews.
- Provide strategic guidance for publication planning, journal activities, congress submissions, and evidence dissemination.
- Work closely with clients, authors, and cross-functional teams as a scientific partner.
- Ensure scientific accuracy, data integrity, editorial quality, and compliance with relevant publication and pharmaceutical industry guidelines.
- Mentor scientific writers and provide constructive review and development feedback.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, resources, and delivery across multiple publication programmes.
- Use publication management platforms for milestone tracking, version control, workflow management, and governance.
- Contribute to quality improvement, process standardisation, and operational excellence initiatives.
Eligibility
Candidates should have:
- An advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in scientific writing, publications, medical communications, or medical affairs.
- Experience handling complex scientific deliverables and stakeholder interactions.
- Strong understanding of clinical research, scientific data interpretation, and publication standards.
- Experience with HEOR deliverables is desirable.
