Sun Pharma has announced an opening for the role of Sr. Officer – QC at its Jammu location. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with a background in Quality Control and experience in analytical activities, documentation, GLP/GDP compliance, and laboratory investigations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analysis of process validation samples, finished product, hold time samples and in-process samples.
• Analysis of analytical method transfer, analytical method validation, comparative dissolution profiling and multimedia dissolution validation activity.
• Online documentation and report preparation.
• Overall upkeep of the respective working bench as well as the department.
• Follow GLP’s and GDP’s and monitor running instruments as per work distribution.
• Analysis of samples of other sections and calibration of instruments as and when required based on departmental needs.
• Participate and provide input for Out of Specification investigations, Out of Trend and lab incidents in the QC department.

The selected candidate will work in the Quality Control department and support analytical testing activities for validation samples, finished products, hold time samples and in-process samples. The role also includes analytical method transfer, validation-related activities, dissolution profiling, documentation, instrument monitoring, calibration support and participation in QC investigations.
