Key Responsibilities
- Summarize patient case histories for deep medical record analysis.
- Flag relevant symptoms, treatments, and medical terms.
- Create footnotes for uncommon medical terminologies.
- Develop timelines and charts to highlight treatment progress.
- Identify missing medical records and billing discrepancies.
- Ensure accuracy in documenting medical history, suspect drugs, and concomitant medications.
- Verify consistency between source documents and narrative summaries.
- Meet production and quality milestones.
Qualifications Required
Minimum Qualifications:
- M.Pharma / BDS / MDS / BPT / MPT / Pharm D / BHMS / BAMS
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Prior internship or corporate experience beyond patient care.
- Knowledge of US healthcare systems and culture.
- Understanding of disease conditions, treatments, and medications.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis (experience in personal injury/medical malpractice cases is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
