Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- HPLC/GC/IC method development, validation, and transfer for complex generics, peptides, oncology, and topical products.
- Peptide characterization and clinically relevant dissolution method development.
- Establishing IVIVC/VIVR and working closely with CROs/COMOs/CTLs.
- Handling analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, Ion Chromatography, and Particle Size Analyzer.
- Conducting NG/GT Tube, IVRT/IVPT, Solid State Characterization, and impurity profiling.
- Ensuring compliance with USP/EP/BP/IP and regulatory guidelines (ICH/EMEA/FDA).
- Developing and validating methods for Nitrosamine and Genotoxic Impurities using LCMS/GCMS.
- Preparing SIPs for API, Excipients, KSM, Intermediates, and Formulations.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Qualification: M.Pharm / M.Sc
- Experience: 3 to 8 years in relevant fields.
- Skills: Expertise in dissolution method development, statistical evaluation, and regulatory impact analysis.
- Exposure: Regulated, Semi-Regulated, and Indian markets.
