📌 Job Description (Drug Safety Associate – PV)

• Handling Drug Safety Mailbox activities for global clients.
• Processing and assessing Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).
• Ensuring compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations (GVP, ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA).
• Performing data entry, case processing, and quality review in safety databases.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams for safety surveillance and risk management.
• Maintaining SOPs, timelines, and compliance metrics for PV operations.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• 1-3 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance/Drug Safety.
• Prior experience in Drug Safety Mailbox handling (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Argus, Veeva, or other safety databases is a plus.
• Good understanding of MedDRA, WHO-DD coding.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
