Roles & Responsibilities

Production Technician

• Operate manufacturing equipment used in granulation, compression, coating, and capsule manufacturing.
• Follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support smooth production operations.
• Perform troubleshooting and solve process-related issues.

Quality Control Executive / Technical Assistant

• Perform analysis of finished products, raw materials, and stability samples.
• Handle Analytical Method Validation, Verification, and Method Transfer activities.
• Interpret analytical data and troubleshoot laboratory issues.
• Operate QC instruments including:
  • HPLC
  • GC
  • UV
  • FTIR
  • Polarimeter
  • UV Spectrophotometer
  • Karl Fischer (KF) Apparatus
• Support investigations related to OOS, OOT, and deviations.
• Maintain compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess any of the following qualifications:

• ITI
• B.Pharm
• M.Sc.

Experience Required

• 2 to 7 Years
• Experience in a Regulatory Pharmaceutical Plant is required.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Knowledge of cGMP and SOP compliance.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with QC laboratory instruments.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines such as USFDA, MHRA, ANVISA, and ICH is preferred for QC positions.

Salary

Based on similar pharmaceutical industry roles, the expected salary is approximately:

₹3.0 LPA – ₹7.5 LPA (depending on qualification, experience, and interview performance).
