1. Production (API)
Job Overview
The Production API role involves shift production shop-floor activities, batch processing, online documentation and operation of API manufacturing equipment as per SOP and regulatory expectations.
Responsibilities
- Work in shift production shop-floor activities and support processing of batches.
- Perform online filing of BPRs and records.
- Carry out online documentation and SAP related activities.
- Operate equipment including reactors, sparkler filter, candle filters, centrifuge and dryers as per SOP.
- Follow GMP, cGMP and data integrity requirements in day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Associate/Jr. Officer: Diploma / B.Sc. Chemistry
- Officer: B.Tech. / M.Sc. Chemistry
Key Skills and Experience Required
- 2 to 10 years of experience for Associate/Jr. Officer.
- 2 to 6 years of experience for Officer.
- Experience in USFDA and MHRA regulated API manufacturing plants.
2. Instrumentation (API)
Job Overview
The Instrumentation API role is focused on calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, deviation handling and documentation related to pharmaceutical instrumentation systems.
Responsibilities
- Handle calibration and preventive maintenance activities.
- Use software for handling deviation and investigation for root cause analysis.
- Maintain and troubleshoot instruments based on working principles.
- Update GMP documentation as per new guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Follow safety norms in routine work.
Qualifications
- Officer/Executive: BE/B.Tech. Electronics & Communication
- Associate/Jr. Officer: Diploma Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication
Key Skills and Experience Required
- 5 to 10 years of experience for Officer/Executive.
- 2 to 7 years of experience for Associate/Jr. Officer.
- Knowledge of GAMP-5, 21 CFR and computer system validation.
- Knowledge of SAP, QAMS, EDMS, PLC, SCADA and DAS system.
3. Quality Control (API / FML)
Job Overview
The Quality Control role is suitable for candidates experienced in sampling, analytical testing, stability studies, data integrity, cGMP compliance and laboratory investigation activities.
Responsibilities
- Perform sampling and testing of RM and excipients.
- Work on analytical instruments and methods including HPLC, GC, IR, UV, dissolution, polarimeter and potentiometric testing.
- Handle titrations, KF, PSD by Malvern and stability studies.
- Support OOS, OOT, deviations and QMS activities including CAPA and CCP.
- Use LIMS software for laboratory operations.
Qualifications
- Associate/Jr. Officer / Officer: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B. Pharma
Key Skills and Experience Required
- 2 to 7 years of experience for Associate/Jr. Officer / Officer.
- 7 to 11 years of experience for Quality Control API Officer/Executive.
- Awareness of current data integrity and cGMP requirements.
