About the Role:
As a Clinical SAS Programmer, you will play a critical role in the statistical analysis and programming of clinical trial data. You will work on large-scale, complex projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert for complex projects, providing hands-on support for project completion.
- Participate in the review of Case Report Forms (CRFs), CRF annotations, Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), and SDTM/ADAM specifications.
- Ensure excellence in programming analysis-ready datasets, tables, listings, and figures (TLFs).
- Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their technical and professional skills.
- Ensure all statistical activities comply with internal SOPs, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform code reviews and implement quality checks to maintain high standards of deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues related to timelines, deliverables, and quality.
Core Strengths Required:
- Strong technical expertise in Statistical Programming using SAS.
- Hands-on experience in clinical trial data analysis and programming.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 Years + of experience in Clinical SAS Programming within the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAS programming, SDTM, ADaM, and TLF generation.
