Roles & Responsibilities

Trainee / Chemist

• Work according to cGMP guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain BMR entries.
• Follow SOPs and supervisor instructions.
• Ensure batch processing as per BMR.
• Report process deviations promptly.
• Support operational control activities.

Shift In-Charge / Officer / Sr. Officer

• Take and hand over production shifts effectively.
• Ensure batch processing follows approved BMR.
• Verify RM and solvent before batch charging.
• Ensure equipment cleaning and housekeeping.
• Report deviations and observations.
• Follow all plant safety precautions.
• Supervise production activities within the assigned area.

Executive – QMS

• Plan daily production schedules and raw material requirements.
• Manage manpower allocation across shifts.
• Verify BMR during ongoing production.
• Report and document process deviations.
• Review production documents for accuracy.
• Train production personnel.
• Ensure proper IPQC and intermediate sampling.
• Review and submit BMR to QA.
• Coordinate dispatch activities.
• Monitor departmental objectives and batch quality.
