- Designation: Executive / Senior Executive
- Experience: 2–7 years
- Qualification: M.Sc/M.Tech in Biotechnology or Biochemistry
Key Responsibilities
- Method Development: Develop LC-MS based methods for protein and peptide product characterization.
- Strategic Design: Implement integrated strategies using chromatography and mass spectrometry tools for qualitative and quantitative assessments of product variants and impurities.
- Sample Preparation: Develop novel sample preparation techniques focused on LC-MS, CEX-MS, SEC-MS for characterization of innovator product batches from various regions.
- Advanced Workflows: Design workflows for multi-attribute methods, including PTMs, sequence variants, HCP profiling, disulphide bond analysis, glycan analysis, and cell culture metabolite analysis.
- Documentation: Prepare and review method development reports (MDR) and analytical test procedures (ATP).
- Inventory and Calibration: Manage inventory of chemicals, consumables, and critical reagents; perform instrument calibration and troubleshooting.
- Regulatory Support: Draft technical content for regulatory dossiers.
