๐ Key Responsibilities
Project Support
- Assist in IRT documentation across study phases (start-up, maintenance)
- Draft IRT User Guides, UAT scripts, and validation documents
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and database testing
- Manage trial drug inventory and supply coordination
- Generate and review IRT reports and data transfers
- Maintain documentation in electronic Trial Master File (eTMF)
- Coordinate meetings, communications, and document distribution
- Provide user support and troubleshooting for IRT systems
- Escalate system or operational issues when required
Department Support
- Contribute to process improvement in IRT and Data Management
- Participate in cross-functional teams and CDM initiatives
- Promote best practices in IRT systems and clinical trials

- Diploma/Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
- 1โ3 years experience in clinical trials, IRT, or data management
- Understanding of:

- GxP, ICH-GCP guidelines
