🧪 Key Responsibilities – Quality Reviewer Role

• Perform quality checks (QC) on team deliverables and ensure compliance with SOPs
• Provide timely feedback to associates and report to managers
• Assist in QC trend analysis reports and escalation tracking
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for quality compliance
• Support CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) preparation
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor and resolve customer complaints and quality issues
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Understand client-specific requirements and service clusters

🎓 Qualifications & Eligibility

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in:
  • Quality review environment
  • Clinical trials process
  • Pharmaceutical industry or medical science
