๐งช Key Responsibilities โ Quality Reviewer Role
- Perform quality checks (QC) on team deliverables and ensure compliance with SOPs
- Provide timely feedback to associates and report to managers
- Assist in QC trend analysis reports and escalation tracking
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for quality compliance
- Support CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) preparation
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor and resolve customer complaints and quality issues
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Understand client-specific requirements and service clusters
๐ Qualifications & Eligibility
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelorโs degree in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in:
- Quality review environment
- Clinical trials process
- Pharmaceutical industry or medical science
