Job Roles & Responsibilities
Quality Control (QC โ HPLC)
- Perform analytical testing using HPLC and other instruments
- Conduct testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Maintain analytical records ensuring data integrity (ALCOA+)
- Support stability studies and method validation
QC Microbiology
- Perform microbiological testing and environmental monitoring
- Handle microbial cultures and contamination analysis
- Ensure compliance with GLP and GMP standards
- Support sterility testing processes
Quality Assurance (QA โ Validation)
- Execute process validation and equipment qualification
- Prepare and review validation protocols and reports
- Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory guidelines
- Manage validation lifecycle documentation
Utility Engineer (Engineering)
- Manage HVAC systems, water systems, boilers, and compressors
- Ensure preventive maintenance and smooth utility operations
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain engineering documentation and compliance records
