- Provide operational and administrative support to CRAs and regulatory specialists
- Manage clinical trial documentation, shared mailboxes, and communication workflows
- Maintain and reconcile data in clinical tracking systems
- Track timelines, milestones, and project deliverables
- Perform document management (creation, formatting, QC, version control)
- Support Trial Master File (TMF) filing ensuring audit readiness
- Use AI-enabled dashboards and reporting tools for operational insights
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, WIs, and regulatory standards
- Monitor project workload, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate document translations via approved systems
๐ Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelorโs Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
- 1โ2 years of clinical operations experience
- Strong understanding of:
- Clinical trials (setup, maintenance, closeout)
- Drug development lifecycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with clinical systems, TMF, and regulatory submissions
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to AI tools and dashboards is a plus
