Job Responsibilities
As a Regulatory Affairs professional, you will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards across products and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end operations on the FSSAI (FoSCoS) portal including:
- Applications
- Modifications
- Renewals
- Status tracking
- Ensure compliance with:
- FSSAI regulations
- Ayurveda guidelines for food and nutraceutical products
- Review and approve:
- Product labels
- Packaging artwork
- Marketing claims
- Verify:
- Ingredient declarations
- Formulations
- Nutrition panels
- Legal Metrology requirements
- Prepare and maintain:
- Regulatory documents
- Licenses and certifications
- Audit-related documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments:
- QA
- R&D
- Production
- Packaging
- Marketing
- Liaise with:
- Regulatory authorities
- Consultants
- Certification bodies
- Support:
- Internal audits
- Third-party and customer audits
- Compliance closure activities
- Maintain:
- Regulatory trackers

Required Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualification
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc or relevant qualification in Food, Pharma, or Life Sciences
Experience
- 2–5 years in regulatory affairs (Food / Nutraceutical / Ayurveda)
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of FSSAI regulations
- Experience in labeling and claims review
- Hands-on experience with audits and compliance
- Good coordination and documentation skills
Note: Freshers are not eligible for this role.
